VECTRA International and Reblue Ventures have announced the launch of CDP 2025 AI Partner, a software tool designed to support companies in preparing their annual CDP disclosures.

The plugin operates alongside the official CDP portal, using AI to streamline data collection and make CDP reporting ‘faster and more accurate’, VECTRA International said in a statement.

According to the developers, the tool addresses the complexity of CDP reporting, which often requires businesses to navigate hundreds of pages of guidelines, search across departments for data, and spend weeks coordinating inputs.

CDP reporting

“We saw the pain companies experience every year with CDP reporting – lack of clarity, long hours, and disconnected systems,” commented Patrick Neyts, CEO of VECTRA International. “CDP 2025 AI Partner is our answer: smart, seamless, and built for the real challenges ESG teams face.”

Among the functions offered by the tool are contextual guidance on CDP methodology, with personalised, question-by-question support tailored to each company’s sector, as well as the data uploaded.

The tool can also generate tailored responses suggestions, reducing the amount of manual writing required, while a collaborative workflow management feature allows questions to be assigned across teams, tracked, and consolidated within the platform.

Elsewhere, CDP AI Partner also provides a centralised repository for documents, in order to prevent duplication and version control issues, as well as a score simulation function that estimates likely CDP scores as responses are prepared. Finally, competitor benchmarking insights enable companies to compare their disclosures with industry peers.

Cost reduction

According to VECTRA International and Reblue Ventures, the CDP reporting timeline can be reduced by as much as 70% through the use of this tool, not to mention lowering the manual effort involved.

“CDP disclosures shouldn’t be a maze,” added Mandar Bhagwat, CEO of Reblue Ventures. “SustainSwift’s CDP AI Partner cuts through the complexity, helping companies uncover missteps, gaps, and scoring risks – applying built-in guardrails to avoid point erosion. It aligns reporting with your sustainability data, building credible disclosures while cutting time and costs.” Read more here.
