Cascale is set to welcome industry leaders from across the consumer goods landscape to Hong Kong this September for the Cascale 2025 Annual Meeting.

Taking place at the Kerry Hotel from 15-17 September, the event will ‘focus on the critical challenges and transformative opportunities facing the consumer goods industry’, Cascale said in a statement, with particular attention to Cascale‘s focus categories of apparel, footwear, and textile; home furnishings; sporting and outdoor goods; and bags and luggage.

The theme of the Annual Meeting this year is ‘A Movement for All’.

As well as the in-person sessions, live-streamed content and workshops will be available for participants in the EMEA and AMER time zones.

Taking action

“At Cascale, we believe that real progress happens when we come together — not just to talk, but to take action,” commented Harsh Saini, interim CEO of Cascale. “The 2025 Annual Meeting in Hong Kong will challenge our industry to move beyond ambition and into alignment — on climate, on equity, and on the business practices that define our shared future.

“This is not just a convening of stakeholders, it’s a call to co-create solutions, scale innovation, and ensure that the consumer goods industry gives back more than it takes from people and planet.”

Speakers from companies including REI, TAL Apparel, PUMA, EPIC Group, MAS Holdings, and Komar will present their perspectives on supply chain decarbonisation, responsible purchasing practices, and climate risk.

‘Shared climate goals’

One of the speakers, Anne-Laure Descours, sustainability advisor at PUMA, said that the Cascale Annual Meeting offers a space to share ideas, and collaborate to “turn shared climate goals into measurable, scalable action.

“As brands, we have a responsibility to ensure that our sustainability ambitions are matched by the way we do business. Decarbonisation will only succeed if purchasing decisions actively enable it — creating the right incentives, timelines, and partnerships across the value chain.”

Keynote speakers at the event will include Joseph Phi, group CEO of Li & Fung, Sunny Tan, legislative council member and chairman of the Hong Kong Fashion Council, and Rick Ridgeway, Cascale co-founder.

Following the Cascale event, Worldly, the platform hosting the Higg Index, will convene its Customer Forum in Hong Kong on 18 September. Read more here.
