Sustainable Agriculture

Sustainable agriculture aims to restore and enhance natural ecosystems while producing food, focusing on improving soil health, increasing biodiversity, enhancing water quality and strengthening climate resilience. Common practices include cover cropping, reduced tillage, crop rotation, agroforestry and integrating livestock into farming systems.

SustainabilityOnline provides coverage of the latest developments in sustainable and regenerative agriculture, including sustainable farming practices, soil health, biodiversity, carbon sequestration, responsible sourcing, food system resilience and evolving agricultural policy. We explore how organisations are supporting farmers in adopting regenerative practices, strengthening sustainable supply chains, reducing agricultural emissions and integrating regenerative agriculture into wider corporate sustainability and climate strategies.

Related topics: regenerative agriculture, sustainable agriculture, soil health, biodiversity, carbon sequestration, climate resilience, sustainable food systems, regenerative farming, responsible sourcing, sustainable supply chains, sustainable agriculture policy, nature-positive business, greenhouse gas emissions, decarbonisation, climate change, corporate sustainability and ESG reporting.
