7-Eleven, Inc. has outlined progress across community investment, environmental stewardship and responsible product development in its 2025 Impact Report.

The US-based convenience retail giant, which is part of Japan’s Seven & i Holdings, said that it donated more than $14 million to support 113 local children’s hospitals last year, thanks to fundraising campaigns such as its annual Miracle Tournament and in-store initiatives across Speedway, 7-Eleven and Stripes locations.

In terms of environmental initiatives, 7-Eleven said that it implemented energy efficiency measures across its network, including replacing older heating and cooling equipment with more energy-efficient HVAC systems. It also expanded customer access to alternative fuels.

On product development, meanwhile, 7-Eleven said that it made progress in reducing packaging materials across its private-label range, including a revamp of its 7-Select Seeds & Nuts range, which reduced plastic consumption by around 10,400 lb (4,700 kg) based on 2025 sales volumes.

‘A good neighbour’

“Being a good neighbour means making a positive impact on the communities we serve and the planet we share,” commented Treasa Bowers, executive vice president, chief people and sustainability officer at 7-Eleven, Inc. “That commitment comes to life through Good Made Easy, our strategic approach to building thriving communities, protecting the environment and promoting responsible consumption in ways that support a more sustainable and socially responsible future.”

Good Made Easy is the group’s sustainability strategy, and represents its ‘strategic approach to strengthening business resilience’, the retailer says on its website.

‘Meaningful progress’

Bowers added that collaboration has enabled the business to make “meaningful progress” on sustainability across its business and supply chain.

“I’m proud of the strides we’re making across the 7-Eleven family of brands to advance our social impact and sustainability efforts alongside our franchise owners, customers, suppliers and community partners,” she added.

“Regularly measuring and reporting on our progress helps us understand how far we’ve come, where we can continue to improve and where this work can take us next.”
