PepsiCo reports progress on climate and regenerative agriculture targets

PepsiCo has released its 2025 ESG Summary, reporting a 24% reduction against its Scope 1 and 2 emissions goal, a 12% reduction in Scope 3 Energy and Industry emissions and an 18% reduction in Scope 3 Forest, Land and Agriculture emissions against its 2022 baseline. The company sourced 96% of electricity for company-owned operations from renewable sources, covering about 4,300 GWh, and expanded regenerative, restorative and protective agricultural practices to 4.7 million acres.

Heart Aerospace completes first flight of electric aircraft

Swedish-American aircraft developer Heart Aerospace has completed the first flight of its X1 demonstrator, described as the largest battery-electric aircraft to fly. The X1 is being used to test the technologies that will underpin Heart’s 30-seat ES-30 hybrid-electric regional aircraft. The ES-30 is planned to have an all-electric range of 200 kilometres, a hybrid range of 800 kilometres and a 30-minute charging time.

Crown Worldwide Group publishes 2026 Sustainability Report

Crown Worldwide Group has published its 2026 Sustainability Report, according to reports, with board-approved Science Based Targets setting a 2024 baseline and a target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 53% by 2035. Crown reduced emissions by 5.58% in the first year of the programme, ahead of its annual reduction target of 4.2%. “This year’s results show what is possible when sustainability becomes part of how a business operates every day,” commented Jennifer Harvey, group CEO, Crown Worldwide Group.

The Boston Beer Company publishes Sustainability Report

The Boston Beer Company has published its its latest Sustainability Report, reporting progress on environmental efficiency, workplace safety and community investment. The company says it continued to invest in greenhouse-gas inventory management, CO₂ recapture and sustainability data management during 2025. It reduced water usage by approximately 40.7 million gallons through operational efficiency initiatives at the Samuel Adams Pennsylvania Brewery, while a composting programme diverted more than 6,200 pounds of waste from landfill.

Genesys targets 50% emissions reduction by FY31

Cloud software company Genesys has published its FY26 Sustainability Report. The company has introduced Responsible and Sustainable Procurement Guidelines covering recycled, recyclable and renewable materials. Genesys reduced overall emissions by 15% organically in FY26 compared with FY25. “Sustainability is how we create long-term value for our customers, employees, partners, communities and the planet,” said Bridgette Bell McAdoo, chief sustainability officer at Genesys.

Diginex revenue rises 77% as sustainability platform expands

Sustainability technology company Diginex has reported FY2026 revenue of $3.6 million, up 77% year on year, while its net loss increased to $31.1 million from $5.2 million. The company remained debt-free at year-end and raised $25.4 million through two tranches of IPO warrants. Diginex also completed acquisitions of Plan A, Matter and The Remedy Project, expanding its platform across carbon accounting, ESG analytics, supply-chain due diligence, human rights remediation and regulatory reporting.
