What does UN SDG 17 include?

Promote sustainable technologies to developing countries (Target 17.7): Facilitating the development, transfer, and dissemination of environmentally sound technologies to developing countries supports sustainable development efforts.
Strengthen the science, technology, and innovation capacity for least developed countries (Target 17.8): Fully operationalising technology banks and capacity-building mechanisms enhances the use of enabling technologies for sustainable development in least developed countries.
Enhance SDG capacity in developing countries (Target 17.9): Supporting effective and targeted capacity-building initiatives in developing countries strengthens their ability to implement the Sustainable Development Goals.
Enhance the global partnership for sustainable development (Target 17.G): The Global Partnership for Sustainable Development should be enhanced, complemented by multi-stakeholder partnerships that mobilise resources and share knowledge to support the achievement of the SDGs.
Encourage effective partnerships (Target 17.H): Promoting public, public-private, and civil society partnerships fosters collaboration and resource sharing to advance sustainable development goals.
Enhance availability of reliable data (Target 17.I): Capacity-building support should be provided to developing countries to improve the availability of high-quality, timely, and disaggregated data for informed decision-making.
Further develop measurements of progress (Target 17.J): Building on existing initiatives, efforts should be made to develop measurements of progress on sustainable development that complement gross domestic product and support statistical capacity-building in developing countries.
