Impact Day, the largest sustainability-themed festival in the Baltic and Nordic regions, has announced that its 2025 edition is set to take place on 9 and 10 October this year, at Estonia‘s Kultuurikatel (Tallinn Creative Hub).
The announcement also marks the event’s departure from Põhjala Factory, its home for the previous three years.
‘Truly impactful’
The first Impact Day was held in 2022, with Põhjala a driving force behind the festival at the start – as Kätlyn Remmelg, Impact Day co-founder notes, the venue even came up with the name.
“We had a vision – a huge one – to organise something truly impactful,” she says. “As it turned out, Põhjala had a similar mindset. They too prioritised impactful activities, and we found much common ground.
“They are incredibly creative and cooperative individuals who genuinely want to create a positive impact. Põhjala’s people embraced our bold ideas, and we helped each other grow.”
Over the years, Impact Day has evolved, with the expansive and flexible space offered by the old rubber boot factory hosting new layouts each year, giving the festival a fresh, distinctive feel.
Commenting on the 2024 Impact day, participants shared their enthusiasm, describing it as a “unique setting,” “impressive location,” and “a great venue, easy to reach by tram.”
New opportunities
As the event moves to Kultuurikatel for 2025, the team is excited to embrace the creative possibilities of the Tallinn Creative Hub, a space brimming with its own potential for innovation and collaboration.
Ticket details for the 2025 event will be released soon, but you can find out more information about Impact Day here.
